Via this source from the American Psychological Association, it states that anger can be caused by both internal and external events, and that it's natural to express anger aggressively. The APA also mention that due to norms, you can't always respond to everything that makes you angry aggressively, as such, people use a vaierty different ways to deal and proccess with their feelings.

Processing How You Feel

Instead of ignoring your anger, it's important to respect how you feel, and respect how treating others aggressively would make them feel, ideally you find a way to express your anger in a way that is healthy way, that is, in an asssertive, not aggresive, manner. This entails learning how to make your needs clear and how to get them without hurting others. (Also that, anger, if not expressed and dealt with properly can turn into anger towards yourself, and you can say passive-aggresive comments towards the people who made you angry instead of talking to that person about it)

On a more personal note, I would honestly suggest stepping back from the situation, whether it be mentally, where you think about your 'happy place' to help ground and calm you down. Or psychically, where you leave the room, or you leave your device alone, to step out and express your anger that way.
